Order Processing & shipping Details:
All orders are packed and sealed, with no branding or markings that indicate the contents of the package. We typically ship using UPS, but reserve the right to use an alternative carrier when necessary.
We ship to all states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their state and local laws. We also reserve the right to request additional information before shipping an order, including proof of residence and photos of a government-issued ID.
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 72 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend, or after operating hours on Friday, will ship on the next business day.
On average, orders are delivered within 3 to 4 business days from the date they are placed.
