Refund And Return Policy

At Dab Deals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships. Once your order has left our facility, it is non-refundable.

Please do not send any packages back to us. We do not accept returned shipments. Any package sent back will be refused and returned to the sender.

Order Accuracy and Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every order is photographed before shipping to ensure accuracy. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, email us with clear photos of the issue. If we made a mistake, we will send a replacement at our discretion and free of charge.

Hardware Issues

If your vaporizer or cartridge hardware is not working properly, we are here to help. Please email us at support@dab.deals with clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost. This applies only to hardware malfunctions, not to user damage or normal wear and tear.

Refund Limitations

We do not issue refunds after shipping, even if you are unhappy with the product. Replacements are only considered in cases of confirmed shipping errors or verified product defects.
